Ana is an associate professor and vice dean in Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. She completed her education in culinary arts from IKIP Bandung. She graduated from Technology and Vocational Education Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in 2004 and completed her doctoral degree from the same university. She has served as the Head of the Child and Elderly Services Laboratory of Culinary Art Department Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (2011-2016). She is also a research counselor in RMUTT Thailand. She was chosen as the best lecturer in Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in 2013. She has published two books, five patents, and around 54 research articles. She has also been a keynote speaker at several national and international conferences.
