ABSTRACT

The article discusses the issues of sustainable development of the urban environment through the formation of innovative architecture of transport structures. The study aims to explore the development of the architectural and spatial formation of transport structures’ innovative architecture. The methods and principles of the architectural and spatial formation of the innovative architecture of transport structures are revealed on the example of parking lots as the most relevant object of transport infrastructure in the conditions of total urbanization. Sustainable development of the urban environment makes it resilient, capable of adapting, mitigating adverse impacts, and stimulating positive socio-economic and environmental changes. Sustainable development encompasses all aspects of the healthy development of the city and should provide a solution to financial, economic, social, and environmental problems. The concept of a systemic algorithm for the formation and modeling of the architectural and spatial organization of innovative transport structures with a features analysis using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies as a modern format for information modeling and an automated design tool for construction projects characteristic of the transport construction industry is proposed.

Keywords: urban environment, innovative architecture, transport structure, parking lots, energy-efficient technologies
