This book provides the reader with an introduction to Public Governance. To achieve this goal it covers six broad issues, each of them requiring a whole chapter:

•The Public Governance toolbox
•How governance structures carry out their brokerage of asymmetric information
•Dual governance and the case of state-owned banks
•Globalizing Public Governance

Each chapter includes a section with revision questions, and some of them also include a technical appendix.
