The global nutritional landscape is challenged by the triple burden of malnutrition: undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and overweight/obesity. This phenomenon undermines health and generates significant socioeconomic impacts, particularly in countries undergoing transition. Traditional nutrition education often fails to address the complex, multifactorial drivers of malnutrition in the 21st century. This book, Nutrition Education 4.0 to Tackle Triple Burden of Malnutrition, aims to provide insights into innovative frameworks and evidence-based approaches that integrate technology with behavioral science, public health strategies, and community engagement. It highlights how advancements in big data, artificial intelligence, and interactive media can transform the design, delivery, and evaluation of nutrition education. By combining technology with community engagement, Nutrition Education 4.0 provides practical approaches to empower individuals and families to make informed dietary choices and adopt healthier lifestyles. This book offers valuable resources for students, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in the fields of nutrition, health, and education. By bridging science, technology, and practice, Nutrition Education 4.0 contributes to addressing the triple burden of malnutrition and advancing progress toward global nutrition targets.
