ABSTRACT

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) is positively disruptive at all fields of Life and Science also it brought more issues that requires a fast response. Thus, the research is original and usage the Applied and Qualitative research methodology that provides a systematic and deep insight into the AI interactions. Also it facilitates the extraction of scientific and logical explanation as well as the conclusion on how AI for health is impacting the Psychiatry field. It helps build new frontiers of knowledge. The Sixth Dimension of Human Rights is the legal theory that was born in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and incorporates the access to technology as Fundamental Right due to the benefits it provided also it is in constant devel-opment. This document constitutes the suggestions for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Ethics Guidelines produced by Scientific Researches also Legal and Ethical analyses into the Psych-iatry Science. The document agrees that AI promises of the better access for a decent life and better care at a feasible cost. Despite that, to safeguard to build the proper Regulatory Framework and Ethical Standards remains a needs for psychiatric interventions, especially if it will break-down the privacy and Informed Consent.
