For technical training it is necessary to consider as peculiar the training that integrates a psychosomatic-somatopsychic approach for understanding the stages of development of the agonistic Self. In order for the athlete to reach global awareness of the Self, it is important that the technical team has adequate training that integrates an approach to bodily, emotional, cognitive, relational and competitive awareness of the Self. In this way the athlete will be able to master his skills, self- regulating in moments of emotional imbalance, in moments of cognitive confusion and body dissociation reaching an optimal state of flow during performances.
