ABSTRACT
There is evidence that neither poverty nor education is the absolute cause of morbidity and mortality due to cardiovascular disease (CVDs) and other chronic diseases. It seems that it is lack of health education, motivation that is crucial for changing health behaviors, causing a decline in CVDs and other chronic diseases. Life expectancy is lower and infant mortality rates are higher in the United States compared with many other developed countries, which appears to be due to unhealthy diet and lifestyle, so-called health disadvantage. The trends over time in life expectancy varied by America, leading to alterations in the ordering of the Americas over this time period. There is substantial decline in life expectancy from 2000 to 2019 in America 10, which was the only America to experience and experienced the largest declines from 2019 to 2021.
