Pain is a common feeling following injuries among athletes. Controlling and prevention from it are very important. Exercise therapy is a practical way to recover athletes after injury. Exercise therapy could be a useful method to decrease the level of pain among athletes after injury. This report is trying to collect the available data regarding exercise therapy and decreasing the level of pain among athletes. Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science were the sources for this search. The findings of those papers confirmed the importance of exercise therapy and pain relief among athletes at all levels.
