Abstract

Gonadoliberin, a hormone synthesized by the hypothalamus and controls the synthesis of lutropin and follicle stimulating hormone. GnRH is a factor that should be checked in the case of ovulation disorders in a woman. In the case of menstruation disorders or problems with becoming pregnant, the level of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone should be checked. In the case of fertility treatment, your doctor may prescribe gonadotrophin treatment. This treatment is selected for patients with impaired functioning of the hypothalamic-pituitary system. Lack of sexual maturity in children and non-production of secondary sexual characteristics may be a signal that the secretion of hormones: GnRH, LH and FSH is disturbed. That is why it is very important to control your gonadoliberin levels at every stage of your life.

Keywords: gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), hormones, lutropin (LH), testosteron, estrogen
