Abstract

Our paper was contacted under taking consideration the challenges that societies have to overcome regarding natural and manmade disasters. This paper includes solutions that allow early warning, smart and fast response, as well as better planning, synchronization, flexibility, interoperability and more efficient response. It includes solutions for intelligent command & control for the authorities as well as interaction with citizens, and field tools for the first responders.
