ABSTRACT
This study introduces the Holistic Sustainability Performance (HSP) theory as an enhancement of the traditional Triple Bottom Line (TBL) model by adding emerging dimensions relevant in the context of green technology and global governance. Drawing on Resource-Based View, Stakeholder Theory, Legitimacy Theory, and Systems Theory, the HSP framework incorporates three new dimensions: Green Artificial Intelligence (Green AI), Peace, and Partnership, to build a more inclusive and comprehensive approach to measuring corporate sustainability. A quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SmartPLS) was conducted on 461 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study examined Climate Change Action, Environmental Transformational Leadership, and Financial Literacy as independent and moderating variables, while Green Knowledge Management and Technological Advancement served as controls. Results showed that the expanded six-dimensional HSP framework significantly improves the explanatory power of sustainability performance. Furthermore, Financial Literacy enhances the impact of Climate Change Action and Environmental Leadership on sustainability outcomes. While the study focuses on Indonesian firms, it suggests broader implications for other emerging economies. This research contributes a novel theoretical perspective by integrating peace-building, technological advancement, and cross-sectoral collaboration into sustainability metrics, offering a more holistic understanding of corporate responsibility in the modern era.
