This volume includes seven chapters that detail advances in business and management. Chapter 1 explains that there is a new process for statistical inference called Gain-Probability Analysis (G-P analysis), which is then suggested that it should replace null hypothesis significance testing (NHST). Chapter 2 focuses on the care pathways (CP) concept—a form of organizational innovation (OI) implemented within healthcare systems and hospitals. In Chapter 3, the main objective is to evaluate the potential of using external transport cost assessment as a tool for sustainability reporting. Chapter 4 aims to discuss several critical aspects of AI-driven revenue management, including (1) technological advancements that enable AI-powered decision-making, (2) the trade-offs between automation and human judgment, (3) potential risks and limitations associated with AI-driven systems, and (4) the role of human oversight in ensuring customer-centric revenue management systems. Chapter 5 provides a normative approach to a system, which is reflected in defining the purpose of the company, with its goal portfolio of not just a simple profit focus, but in addition to a common good orientation, and caring. Chapter 6 examines the transformative impact of servant leadership in organizations, with a focus on the roles of empathy and empowerment. Finally, Chapter 7 provides insight into how interactions can transform a brand’s post-advertisement strategy into an Agile Strategy, driven by Brand Image and Perceived Brand Equity.
